Pennies for Pooches We teach students that humans, nature and animals should co-exist.We teach students to have compassion towards any living creature. Animals can not speak for themselves so we have to speak on their behalf. |

We visited an animal shelter in Tainan, Taiwan. Students watched a video informing them about the shelter, the purpose and what we can do to prevent so many animals from ending up in an animal shelter. |
A couple days after our visit, one of our students, Cherry, came to school saying she found a stray dog and took it home. We gave her a Kind Student award in recognition of her efforts to help animals.
